We employed Wes Cowart to eliminate flooding on our back porch; our lot is very flat. Wes was a pleasure to work with and found a solution that was simple, affordable, and has been completely effective this year. We were hesitant because another company said that re-grading the lot would not work. That company provided a bid involving underground piping, underground water storage, and a pump that would have been far more complex (failure prone and greater upkeep) and exceedingly expensive (5x's more). Wes communicated his plan well, worked with us to fine-tune details, and saw that the work was well executed. We would definitely hire him again, but we don't expect that will be necessary for this house.
